Award Description $250 for perianesthesia nursing related educational activities and/or materials. Reimbursement to be made upon submission of receipts. Framed certificate ASPAN pin To be awarded at MOKAN PANA Fall Seminar and published in MOKAN PANA publications	Award Criteria Current member of ASPAN/MOKAN PANA CPAN or CAPA certified Five years experience in perianesthesia nursing care Currently involved in direct care of patients in a perianesthesia setting Exemplifies a high level of compassion and specialty expertise as documented to peers/patients/families by at least one letter of reference Active participant in nursing projects or committees resulting in contributions to peranesthesia nursing	Nominations Contact webmaster@mokanpana.org for more information Deadline for Nominations _________
